2023 is going to end, and for us as a new service, this was a very busy time, but we did it!...think so 😁

We have tried and are still trying to develop our service as much as we can and be available for you - our patients for 24 hours!

Our first figure shows:

We have provided 907 hours for Primary Care Service as face-to-face appointments, which is 34% of our work.

We have provided 929.5 hours for Primary Care Service as remote consultations, which is 35% of our work.

We have provided 555 hours for Out of Hours Service, which include face-to-face and remotely, which is 21% of our work.

We have provided 256.5 hours for Secure Services, which is 10% of our work.

TOTAL: 2648 hours of work ! 😴 😁
